I own a home in Lake Tahoe and was looking for a contractor to make some minor repairs. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough work to attract any of the local contractors. I met Brian with Betlan Construction through a friend. While Betlan Construction operates in Amador County, Brian took my call and agreed to take the job.

After discovering dry rot on the exterior of our home, I selected the wrong contractor. Instead of making the necessary repairs, Summit Star Construction damaged our home, including damaging our water and electrical, which could have resulted in a loss of property and possible life resulting from a fire. After Summit Star Construction abandoned the job, we turned to Betlan Construction.

Betlan Construction and his crew stepped in and took ownership for the job. In addition to making repairs caused by the previous contractor, they completed the job in a professional and timely manner. I owe Brian Betlan and his crew, (Roger & Robert) a debt of gratitude for their efforts.

Just had to pop in and THANK Brian and his crew from Betlan Construction for doing an awesome job on my parents home. It is BEAUTIFUL! And we even have a bathroom window in the hall bathroom now, what a pleasant surprise!

Mom and Dad say that you are going to finish up the kitchen and dining room remodel for them and then go on to remodel their bathrooms along with other major projects. I can not wait.

Once again, you did a FANTASTIC JOB! Our house is looking more like a home again.

This Shoddy Contractor was hired to remove and repair dry rot, but instead burried it along with cutting into our electrical and water lines and not repairing to code which could of resulted in a fire and loss of property and life.

Betlan Construction was totally dedicated to us to make us whole again. We will continue to do business with ONLY Betlan Construction for ALL future projects to our home and refer him to all of our family and friends as well.

I Can't Thank You Enough

We had an emergency because of the storm and found Betlan Construction and called on him. He accessed our problem with a leaky roof and let us know what needed to be done. Brian and his company fixed the problem right away.

Betlan Construction Saved US! Thank You Brian!

During the massive rainstorm we had last week we couldn’t get anyone to come out to fix our roof until we contacted Betlan Construction. They were up on our roof in high winds stopping the water from coming into our home and then repaired the problem.
